Studio Rates
Edit Productions Studio
An affordable recording studio designed with you in mind.
At Edit Productions, we believe that everyone should have access to an affordable recording studio in Toronto. That is why we offer competitive rates to all of our clients.
Studio Time - Recording and Mixing (with Engineer)
$55/hr - including taxes. (2 hrs minimum)
Hip Hop Beats and Reggae Dubplates
$350 per beat (including taxes)
Recording of vocals are extra and negotiated on a per project basis.
Publishing and writers rights will be negotiated.
Music Production
$550 per song (including taxes)
Recording of vocals are extra and negotiated on a per project basis.
Publishing and writers rights will be negotiated.
Mixing
$250 per song. (including taxes)
Rate include mixing up to 16 tracks with 1 free revision or edit. Aditional tracks will be negotiated on a per project basis.
Any additional Recordings will be extra and based on the regular studio rate.
Publishing and writers rights will be negotiated.
Session Musicians
Session musicians are available. Rates range from $100 - $250/song (including taxes.)

PAYMENT AND TERMS
Hourly Clients- Payment due at the end of each session.
Per Project Price Clients- 50% downpayment due up front and the remaining amount of payment due upon completion of the project, before the finished product is released. Other payment plans are available, depending on the length of your projects.
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars.
